Here are some of our Frequently Asked Questions:

1) Do you read the report for content/editing? No. We DO NOT edit your document’s content. We are not an editing company.

2) Do you spell check the document? Yes.

3) Do you inform the document’s author of a grammar issue? Yes. Our company notifies you if things look wrong with your report. However, we do not make the changes unless you give us approval.

4) Do you handle confidential documents/reports? Yes. We can sign confidentiality agreements with our clients if requested. All of our client’s reports/documents are treated as confidential, whether it is asked for or not.

5) Can you handle a scientific report? Yes. We have a science background and are aware of scientific procedures. ( Ex: The scientific name of an organism is italicized. Only the Genius is capitalized. The species is not capitalized.)

6) Can you handle complex formatting guidelines? Yes. Some of our reports require complex formatting instructions from our Clients. (Ex: Change size of figures, where applicable. This will shift the text and figures to fill up the whole page, leaving no blank space at the bottom of the page. Don’t make the figure too small, if there is a lot of detail in the figure. Don’t make the figure too big either, if there is not a lot of detail.)

7) Can our report/document have pages set up as portrait and landscape in the same document? Yes. We can implement this for you. Indicate which pages you want landscaped and we take care of the rest.
